1. METHOD OF SHIP

In Italy the shipment is done by BRT courier.

For other countries, shipping is by international courier DPD, FedEXchosen as appropriate. You will always be informed by email which will be the courier for your shipment.

3.WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment

If the order is made after 15.00, the order will be processed the following day.

Shipments within the EU take between 5 and 10 working days.

Shipments to non-EU countries can also take 2 weeks.

 

4. HOW DO I KNOW WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation email.

And once the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain all the order details, including a tracking number and a link to the selected carrier website.

 

5. NO DELIVERY

In case you are not at home, the courier leaves a warning or will call you at the phone number indicated when ordering. Usually will pass the first working day useful for delivery.

 

LIABILITY EXCLUSION:

1. The main objective is to ensure that the order reaches its destination as soon as possible. Customers and / or recipients are responsible for taking the products received and the delivery details provided at the time of purchase (always check that they are correct).

 

2. We can not take any responsibility for any losses incurred by the customer or recipient, in terms of non-refundable transport costs and / or additional costs for the delivery of the goods or for the replacement of the goods.

 

3. In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we invite you to contact us by phone or email within three days from the date of receipt of the order, preferably with a photograph of the package and its contents.

 

 

The costs for the departure shipment and the import duty are not reimbursable.

 

The same goes for the costs incurred for the return and for the insurance of the item, unless otherwise agreed.
