1. MODALITIES AND PROCEDURES

1.1 The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within 7 calendar days, through the RETURN OF MY GOODS in the area of IL MY ACCOUNTS on the site or through the means of communication available to the Customer.

1.2 In the event of withdrawal from the contract, all payments made to CIVICO 9 will be reimbursed, respecting all the terms prepared to follow.


2.The shipping costs for the return are at your expense, CIVICO 9 only reimburses the returned item.

2.1 The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods before the seven-day period expires.

2.2 CIVIC 9 may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has sent the goods

2.3 Following are described in detail each procedure to make the Reso accept in the best possible way.

2.4 IF even if only one of these points is not respected the RETURN, it will NOT be accepted!


3. Before sending the goods, check that you have the following requirements:

3.1 You have contacted the customer service at e-mailcivico9.bologna@gmail.com, to forward your return request.

3.2 You have forwarded the "RETURN" request on the site, with the reason for the return.

3.3 The single-use tag is perfectly intact and, therefore, has not been removed from the product.

3.4 All the labels, in fabric or pendants, are perfectly intact and, therefore, have not been removed from the product.

3.5 Each product to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally sent to you and must be packed in an orderly manner.

3.6 Each returned product has not been used and / or washed and / or treated in any way.

3.7 Boxes, protective envelopes must be the same as the consignments, with the new return documents

3.8 These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise

3.9 If the Customer decides to be reimbursed by bank transfer, he will promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (IBAN and holder of the current account).

3.10 If the Customer decides to send the goods subject to withdrawal autonomously, he assumes all responsibility for the shipment until the receipt in our warehouse. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, CIVICO 9 will inform the customer of the event in order to allow him to dispose of a timely complaint against the carrier chosen by you and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for his return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.

CIVICO 9 is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

In the case of the customer sending the goods autonomously, the refund will be suspended until the date of receipt of the goods at the CIVICO 9 warehouses or, alternatively, until the moment when the customer certifies the shipment by receipt.

4. The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its content), in cases in which CIVICO 9 does not ascertain that the above mentioned points have been respected

4.1 In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the headquarters of CIVICO 9, available to the customer for collection at his expense.
